Privacy & Visitor Data

In three lines

We measure how visitors reach and use this site so we can serve real buyers better and stop wasting our ad budget on fake clicks. We collect the minimum needed, never your name or messages, and never sell or share it. You can ask us what we hold and to delete it.

What we do NOT collect

  • Your name, email or phone number (unless you send them in a contact form — handled separately)
  • The text you type, your mouse movements, screen recordings or session replays
  • Your search keyword from Google (hidden from all websites since 2011)
  • Any device fingerprint (no canvas, audio, fonts, or hardware probing)

What we do collect

About each visit: pages viewed, time on site, scroll depth, the page you landed on, and how many times you have returned.

About each click: which button you pressed (e.g. WhatsApp, call, a link), where on the page it was, its visible text, and its destination host.

About your source: the website or campaign that sent you (e.g. Google Ads, Google Search, Instagram, Maps) and any campaign tags in the link.

About your device: device type, operating system and browser, derived from your browser’s user-agent string.

What we never record inside the page

No mouse tracking, no keystrokes, no screenshots, no session replay.

The personal-data barrier

Before anything is saved, two layers remove personal data: the browser strips phone numbers and emails from links and titles, and the server strips them again. Links you click are stored as a destination host only, without the full address or query.

Your visitor ID & nickname

A random ID is stored in your browser to recognise a returning device. It contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity. We may attach an internal label (e.g. “Visitor #1042”) for our own reference.

Behavioural scoring

We calculate two internal estimates — an “intent” score and an ad-fraud “risk” score — from the activity above. These are estimates, not certainties. They are never used for automated decisions about you, are not shared for targeting, and do not affect your access to the site.

IP address

We store your IP address to detect and exclude fraudulent or wasteful ad clicks. This is used for fraud prevention only, is never sent to advertising networks, and is automatically deleted after 90 days. Asking us to exclude your IP does not block your access to the site.

Contact requests

When you submit a form or click to call/WhatsApp us, we record that the contact happened (and its source) so we can follow up. The message content itself is handled through the relevant channel, not this analytics system.

Third-party tools

This site also uses: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads. These have their own privacy terms. We apply Google Consent Mode so advertising and analytics storage stay disabled until consent is given where required.

Consent

Where required, we ask for your consent before enabling advertising/analytics cookies, and record only your choice (not your activity) to remember it.

Your rights & our limits

You can (1) clear your browser data to reset your visitor ID, (2) use your browser’s “do not track”/consent controls, or (3) email us to request access or deletion. Data is deleted automatically after 180 days regardless.

An honest limit: if the retention period has passed, or you cleared your browser data before contacting us, we will not be able to find your records — because we hold nothing that links them to you. This is a result of our decision to collect as little as possible, not an attempt to avoid your request.
