We focus on luxury homes in Egypt — villas, twin and town houses, penthouses, duplexes, chalets and large apartments in established compounds and coastal communities — with an asking price of EGP 15 million and above.
Can my home be sold privately?
Yes. Your home can be presented off-market, only to buyers we know are looking for a home like yours. The address and photos are shared only with your agreement.
How is the asking price set?
We compare the asking prices of similar homes in the same compound and what buyers are currently looking for, then recommend a price range. The final asking price is always your decision.
What documents will I need?
Usually your national ID or passport, the sale contract or title documents, and — for a home bought from a developer — the developer contract with the payment receipts and any remaining installment schedule.
Can I sell a home that is not delivered yet or still on installments?
Often, yes. Many developers allow a resale before delivery against a transfer fee and their own conditions. We check the developer’s rules with you before the home is presented.
